That’s why we donate over $500,000 dollars each year to worthwhile causes and organizations throughout Rhode Island.
Whether seeking sponsorship for a little league team, having an event for a special cause, 5k walk/run, charity golf event, or requesting lifesaving equipment for a local public safety department, these organizations are making a difference in the lives of our communities – and we want to help that mission as best we can.

VForce
VForce is our staff volunteer program. If VForce sounds like a group of superheroes, well, we like to think it is. Developed by Navigant’s leadership team, the VForce program encourages all employees to volunteer 8 hours each year during their regular working hours, and of course, receive their regular pay for that time. Our employees engage in their communities in a multitude of ways – from serving on boards or committees to coaching a youth sports team to stocking shelves at the Food Bank.
